Account Registration & Security
To open an account at vv862, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential.
- Your account must not be shared with any third party.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- As part of the account verification (KYC) process, we may request identity documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
- vv862 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without notice if evidence of a policy violation is found.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
vv862 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

- Deposits will only be returned via the same method and account name used to make the deposit.

Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
New users at vv862 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
- Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.
- Example: Depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.
- This bonus applies only once per user.
- The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. It is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Any eligible game may be played to meet the wagering requirement, however some games may not contribute toward it.
- You can contact the support team to find out which games have no or reduced contribution.
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds — contact the support team for details.
Bonus Abuse & Fraud
vv862 reserves the right to detect bonus abuse. The following activities may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:
- Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Placing strategic bets to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
- Registering with false or incomplete information.
- Colluding with other users to gain mutual benefit.
vv862 holds final authority over any decisions related to these matters.
VIP Program & Rewards
VIP Tiers & Weekly Cashback
The vv862 VIP program has 5 tiers in total. By playing regularly, you can move up to higher tiers and receive more cashback:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Cashback for each tier will be credited to your account automatically every week. Regular gaming activity must be maintained to advance to higher tiers. Separate wagering requirements may apply to VIP cashback — contact the support team for details.
